  • Food For Fines – Due to an increase of patron accounts owing fines over the amount of $100, the Paoli Public Library would like to offer November 2015 as “Food for Fines” month. For those patrons with books and materials still not turned in, please bring those items to the library in good condition. When the items are returned in good condition, the price of the item will be taken off the account, leaving the remaining fines and late fees to be paid. The Paoli Public Library will be holding “Food for Fines” to both help patrons pay off their fines and to help stock the Paoli Food Pantry with food items for the holidays. Each food item turned into the library will count for $1 to be taken off the patron account. Patrons may bring in up to 50 items for The Paoli Food Pantry, totaling to $50 taken off the patron account. Food items must be non-expired, non-opened, and non-perishable.

For those with fines over $50, the rest of the amount owed must be paid.

*We will not give change for accounts that have less than $1.00 that bring in a food item.
